Hawk EV lithium battery - lithium iron phosphate battery

The Hawk AGVSafe series iron lithium power batteries are a new generation of power batteries designed and produced by Hawk Energy Group using its latest developed Battery Management System (BMS) specifically for online and wireless charging of mobile mechanical equipment. They have advanced battery self-management, communication, alarm, and complete functions to accept short-term fast charging.

Advantages Overview

1. Charge and discharge ports are different, and the discharge port has a voltage stabilizing function

The charging and discharging ports of the Hawk iron lithium power battery are isolated, which has a truly meaningful function of charging and discharging ports. The charging voltage for a 24V lithium iron battery during normal charging should be 29.2V. If the charging voltage is lower than this, it will reduce charging efficiency and prolong charging time. No matter how high the charging voltage is applied to the charging port, the output voltage of the discharge port of the EV24-60 battery is limited to no more than 26.2V. This function prevents the charging voltage of the charger from being directly applied to the load DC motor, which may damage the motor.

2. Accurate display of remaining battery power output

The advantage of iron lithium batteries is that their discharge voltage is relatively stable within the effective range of charge. But using the method of collecting battery voltage to calculate the remaining battery capacity is very inaccurate.

Hawk iron lithium batteries use the software "Coulomb integration" method to accurately calculate the remaining power of the battery, and output a simulated voltage of 0-5VDC, linearly corresponding to the remaining power of the battery from 0% to 100%, which facilitates the upper computer's requirements for the value of battery power.

3. A comprehensive self-protection strategy
