5 Axis Stone CNC Sawjet HKNC-450J
with top of the line Italian CNC control system ESA, is a fully automated dual-use machine, a combination of a 5-axis CNC saw anda 5-axis CNC waterjet, which is gone together constructing the revised concept system for cutting granite, marble, quarts,limestone and the rising new ceramic material.
CNC saw is used for cutting stone slabs, countertops and sinks, blade profiling, engraving and more.
The waterjet cutting head is perfect for mitering and cutting through different materials into precision intricate shapes and
angles, ideal for cutting porcelain, stone, marble and granite inlay patterns.
Main Features
5-axis Saw --- this machine is a fully interpolated 5 axis bridge saw
* Automatic head rotation from 0° to 360° combined with automatic blade tilting from 0° to 90° makes it suitable for large
production runs, at the same time containing costs.
* It can implement different complex curved surface processing and combines the functions of cutting, drilling, milling, engraving
into an oganic whole.
5-axis Waterjet ---this machine is a fully interpolated 5 axis waterjet either
* Automatic head rotation from 0° to 360° combined with automatic Abrasive Cutting Head tilting from 0° to 60° for precise
inside-corner fabrication for mitered edge.
* KMT-H20 JET50 super-pressure pump equipped with Siemens PLC and motor.
1) 5 axis linkage control with Italian CNC Esa system.
2) Easy to use interface with 19" color touch-screen.
3) Y axis is moved by a gantry system, which guarantees a perfect square of the bridge
4) The absolute precision of the movements is guarantee by a state of art transmission on linear ball guide, moved by servo motors through high precision helical gears and racks.
5) CNC Sawjet & bridge saw can quickly do easy cuts in manual, the machine also can import and work with DXF (AutoCAD) files
6) Working platform can tilt 85 degrees, easy for slabs loading.
7) Photo slab for nesting and avoiding defects.
8) Nesting manual / automatic to optimize slab surface usage
9) RTCP tool point tracking function ensure precision machining easy.
10) Optional - Vein match for easily matching up perfectly each vein,color at the seam of your project.
