Product Description
Polypropylene (PP) is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic.High impact resistance, strong mechanical properties, resistance to a variety of organic solvents and acid and alkali corrosion.
It is widely used in industry and is one of the common polymer materials.Australian coins are also made of polypropylene. The modified materials are more widely used and can meet more and higher requirements.
PP plastic reinforced with glass fiber
Glass fiber reinforced PP is on the basis of the original pure PP, adding glass fiber and other additives, so as to improve the scope of use of materials. Generally speaking, most of the glass fiber reinforced materials are used in the structural parts of the product, which is a kind of structural engineering material.
Advantages:
The heat resistance temperature of reinforced plastic is much higher than before without glass fiber.
2.The mutual movement between the polymer chains of plastic is limited, therefore, the shrinkage rate of reinforced plastic decreases a lot, and the rigidity is greatly improved.
3.PP plastic will not stress cracking, at the same time, the impact resistance of PP improved a lot.
4.After reinforced,which greatly improves the strength of PP, such as tensile strength, compressive strength and bending strength.
5.The combustion performance of PP plastic decreases a lot, flame retardant becomes difficult.

PP has a variety of applications. It is suitable for multiple processing methods such as injection molding, extrusion molding and blow molding and is widely used in the textile, packaging,electrical household appliances, automobile and real estate industries.
Compared with traditional cast iron pipe, galvanized steel pipe and cement pipe, PPR pipe has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, smooth inner wall without scaling, simple construction and maintenance, long service life, etc. It is used in construction, municipal, industrial and agricultural fields such as building water supply and drainage, urban and rural water supply and drainage, urban gas, electric power and cable sheathing, industrial fluid transportation, agricultural irrigation.
