Maintenance and precautions for hydraulic dual fluid grouting machine equipment:

1. The grouting pump should be placed in a horizontal position and fixed as much as possible to avoid twisting or folding of the oil pipe and suction pipe. The suction pipe should be shortened as much as possible, and its vertical distance should not exceed 1m.

Regularly inspect the fuel tank filter and oil circuit filter, clean them, and replace the hydraulic oil regularly. It is recommended to replace the hydraulic oil about once a month. Use No. 46 hydraulic oil in summer and No. 32 hydraulic oil in winter, with an oil volume of about 45Kg.

3. The workplace should have sufficient water sources for easy work.

4. Each hydraulic joint should be inspected regularly and not loosened.

Construction operators must have certain grouting experience to ensure smooth construction operations.

The electrical control box and motor should be kept clean and dry, and the integrity of the connecting wires should be checked regularly to avoid damage and leakage.

When moving the machine, do not have large bumps and do not knock on any parts of the machine at will.
