GT-DRS24 PLC hot running heater winding machine is controlled by PLC and touch screen. It is a spiral wire spiral machine which is specially designed for the production of flat pipes for hot runner heaters. The diameter of the spiral coil is small, usually only 0.5mm or less, so it is difficult to operate on other winding equipment. The machine uses a stepping motor to drive the rotation of the mandrel and the rotation of the wire screw to meet the requirements of tight winding and spiral coil with different pitch. Besides, the machine can be equipped with single-wire winding and double-wire winding functions.
