The 15-ton hydraulic square sleeper is an operating machine for adjusting the spacing and angle of sleepers. The structure and working principle of the hydraulic square pillow:
The 15-ton hydraulic square pillow is composed of a working cylinder, a plunger pump, a fuel tank, an unloading valve, a cylinder seat and a movable head. Its structure adopts the principle of hydraulic jack.
The working cylinder is composed of piston, piston ring, oil cylinder, sealing ring, return spring, connecting head and other main parts. When the high-pressure oil enters the oil cylinder from the oil pump discharge valve, the piston is pushed to move along its axis. After the unloading valve is opened, the piston will automatically reset under the action of the return spring.
