1. Introduction
LILSX is a low-silica molecular sieve and almost all of the cations were replaced with lithium-ion. The nitrogen capacity and separation rat10 of nitrogen and oxygen of LILSX is twice as high as a normal molecular sieve for oxygen generation, therefore it has the characteristics of high purity of oxygen generating, high oxygen production and energy saving, etc. LILSX is mainly used in medical-oxygen and family oxygen generation and rich oxygen generation in PSA, VSA and VPSA processes.
