Based on ACMF micro-foaming technology with a unique low-temperature active formula and a new process, Durkflex® FC systems are a new type of ultra-low temperature elastomeric cold insulation, suitable for applications from -200℃ to +110℃ widely used on tanks, pipelines, and equipment.

Durkflex® FC systems, with adding low-temperature active formula, the cell structure is stable and not easy to break, and the cold insulation effect is excellent. The elastomer can be effectively dispersed to reduce the risk of cooling system failure due to low-temperature vibration cracking due to pipeline vibration.

Higher closed-cell rate, fine foamed structure, keeping water vapor and moisture hard to permeate inside, contributes to maintaining steady low thermal conductivity and prolonging working life.

The Durkflex ® FC ultra-low temperature elastic cold insulation system has better installation adaptability, it can be directly bonded with Durkadhesive. It is very convenient to transport during the construction process, which can greatly increase the construction speed and reduce the construction cost.
