RB-6000 round steel tube tube CNC plasma cutting machine is a device that automatically calculates and cuts the joints of steel tube ends. This kind of plasma cutting machine is widely used in the cutting and processing of tubes in the construction, chemical, machinery, metallurgical and other industries. In these industries, there are a large number of tube junctions, intersecting line holes, and intersecting line ends. In the past, these processes used backward and cumbersome methods such as making prototypes, scribing, manual lofting, manual cutting, and manual polishing. And this kind of plasma cutting machine can cut this kind of round tube very conveniently, and the operator does not need to calculate and manually program, only we need to input the diameter of the tube, the intersection angle and other parameters, the machine can automatically cut the graphics we want.

1. Control System
This system has three-axis linkage and supports cutting of flat and round tubes. When we use the machine to cut round tubes, we can choose the library owned by the system, and the system also supports any round tube nesting software.
2. Arc voltage height controller
The machine can automatically adjust the cutting height according to the bending of the iron plate.
3. Machine support frame
The base plate of the support base is made of 12mm steel plate, which is formed and processed in a CNC machining center at one time to ensure the machining accuracy and service life. The use of precise lead screw drive can bear more weight and save effort for lifting.
4. Chuck holder
The drive motor adopts a servo motor, which has stable operation, high precision and long service life.
5. The transmission mode is gear plate and gear coordinated transmission, and the operation is very stable.
6. The chuck adopts 250# three-jaw chuck, which has high precision and good cutting quality.
RB 1530-H water jet plasma CNC cutting machine
RB 1530-H water jet plasma CNC cutting machine is high performance heavy duty metal plasma cutting machine, especially suitable for cutting stainless steel and carbon steel with clean cutting edge quality. It adopts servo motor and driving device, and is equipped with water mist jet cutting torch which uses a professional braided tube to wrap the torch cable to prevent the high frequency in the torch cable from interfering with external equipment.

Torch cooling system built inside, which is with high-lift pump and high power radiator to reduce the consumption of torch consumables.
Excellent HF arc striking control technology and separate structure of HF controller & power source, which highly reduces HF interference.
Gas control separate from the power source: shorter gas circuit, more stable gas pressure with good cutting quality.
3.Plasma torch. REBOUND fine cutting torch
Strong perforation ability, good cutting perpendicularity, smooth cut surface.
For cutting processes with different currents and metal materials, consumables with good cutting quality are matched.

5. Automatic Arc Voltage Height Regulator
The automatic height adjustment system of the torch controlled by closed-loop PWM is used to keep the height of the plasma CNC cutting machine torch to the steel plate constant during the plasma cutting process.
Control the height of the cutting torch during the cutting process by detecting changes in the arc voltage.
