PVDF Solar Back Sheet Film Production Line

Detailed description of solar backsheet film production line: PVDF film, scientific name polyvinylidene fluoride. Our GWS75 type production line can be used to produce PVDF cast film with thickness of 25-30um and width of 1250mm, the speed of production line is 20m/min, and the output is up to 120KG/H; GWS90 type production line can be used to produce PVDF solar backsheet film with thickness of 25-30um and width of 1250mm, the speed of production line is 30m/min and the output is up to 180KG/H. The production capacity is up to 180KG/H, GWS120 type production line can be used to produce 1-10mm thickness, 1250mm width specifications of the wafer pickling thick plate, the production capacity is about 350KG/H.

Common characteristics of PVF film and PVDF film: both are fluorine or fluorocarbon copolymer, they have greater chemical bonding and structural stability than any other polymers, therefore: it will not react with atmospheric pollutants, even if the corrosion ability of the solvents will not cause damage to it, and thus the surface of the protected metal plate is not easy to corrode, decorative surfaces are not easy to fade or brittle; it will not be subject to ultraviolet radiation agitation and produce tissue. It will not be agitated by ultraviolet rays and produce changes in the structure of the organisation, sunlight will not accelerate its aging; it will not form changes in the structure of the organisation due to repeated cyclic changes in the temperature of the working environment, and the permissible temperature change value of the working environment is 180℃ (-70 to +110℃), which is adaptable to outdoor environments in almost all the regions of the earth: Suzhou Kingwell Machinery Co. production lines have all achieved mass production of PVDF film.
