PMMA Acrylic Sheet Production Line

PMMA acrylic sheet production line can continuously produce PP, PE, ABS, PMMA, PC, PS, PVC single and multi-layer sheet products. The width of the sheet is 2000mm and below, and the thickness is 0.15-3mm.

Extruder: according to the different materials, choose (exhaust, non-exhaust) single screw extruder, screw with special mixing function and temperature control system to ensure high plasticisation of plastics, high output stable extrusion.

Temperature control ± 1 ℃ can control the plasticising process and sheet thickness, flat shape.

Screen change and mould: Hydraulic quick screen change device ensures that the screen change does not leak material, and the screen change is fast and effective; the mould selects different structural forms according to different materials, and the hanger-type die head adopts page double throttle design, which is convenient for adjusting the flow rate to be distributed evenly, and the thickness of extruded sheet can be adjusted more accurately.
