PLA polylactic acid (PLA) \starch-based biodegradable material is a new type of biobased and re-biodegradable materials, using renewable plant resources (such as corn, etc.) proposed starch raw materials made. The starch raw material is saccharified to obtain glucose, which is then fermented with certain strains of bacteria to make high-purity lactic acid, and then synthesised into PLA of a certain molecular weight by chemical synthesis. Polylactic acid is a polymer obtained by polymerisation of lactic acid as the main raw material, usually called corn plastic, the source is sufficient and can be regenerated, mainly corn, cassava production of L-lactic acid and other raw materials, after polycondensation, cracking, purification, polymerisation and other processes and a new type of biodegradable polyester materials. Polylactic acid production process is pollution-free, and the product can be biodegradable, to achieve the cycle in nature, so it is the ideal green polymer materials, but also the country to encourage the development of high-tech environmental protection products, which are widely used in electronic product shells, automotive parts, medical equipment, clothing fibers, agricultural film, food packaging, tableware and other fields.
