KAOLIN
Pure white, generally containing impurities are gray or light yellow, dense or loose powder, with earthy taste. It is dark after absorbing water, and has a special clay taste. The relative density is 2Chemicalbook.54 ~ 2.60, and the melting point is about 1785℃. It has good smoothness. It doesn't burn. Insoluble in water, ethanol, dilute acid and lye. Knead with water to create plasticity.

It can improve the acid and alkali resistance and chemical corrosion resistance of the product, increase the Tg(glass softening temperature), and effectively reduce product cost.

At the same time, it improves mechanical strength, enhances wear resistance and chemical stability, prolongs the hardening time of rubber, significantly improves the vulcanization effect and reduces the amount of raw rubber.
