1. AB two-component glue has its own independent storage barrel. The storage barrel can be manually loaded or vacuum loaded to realize the functions of mixing, heating, degassing and other functions of the glue.

2. The processed single-component glue flows into the AB metering pump through the discharge pipe, and is controlled by software to reach the glue outlet of the mixing valve through the glue delivery pipe at a certain ratio and flow rate.

3. The mixing valve is divided into a static mixing valve and a dynamic mixing valve. Choose according to the actual situation and use different mixing tubes to fully mix the glue of the two components AB into a uniform mixed glue to achieve the purpose of curing and the glue discharging time. Set according to program parameters, simple and convenient.

4. Since AB glue is only mixed in the mixing tube, only the mixing tube part is cleaned.

AB glue measurement

1. The main working parts are the gear (rotor) and the fixed bushing (stator). Due to the special geometric openings of the two components, separate sealed cavities are formed. The medium flows uniformly in the axial direction. The internal flow rate is low and the volume remains unchanged.

2. Characteristics of gear pump

The gear pump is a new type of pump that works on the principle of rotary meshing and positive displacement. The stator and rotor engage with each other to continuously squeeze out fluid when the rotor rotates. This kind of pump has fewer parts, compact structure, small size, simple maintenance, and is easy to assemble and disassemble. The gear metering pump is a continuous metering pump.

AB glue storage barrel:

1. A 25L plastic storage barrel, equipped with stirring, vacuum pumping, barrel heating, and rubber pipe heating.

2. The B glue storage barrel is 25L, equipped with stirring, vacuum pumping, barrel heating, and rubber pipe heating.

3. The material barrels can be switched in pairs, one is in standby and the other is in use, so that the machine can add glue without stopping the machine.

4. Automatic alarm device for upper and lower liquid levels.

5. Automatic constant temperature setting room temperature to 80 degrees.

6. After the drawing is completed, the glue can be degassed to eliminate the air mixed in the raw glue.

I.Machine description and working principle

Automatic glue mixing machine is mainly used for a two-component glue( Epoxy/ Silicone/PU,etc adhesive), automatic metering and mixing the ratio of glue. The glue are stored in two barrels separately, according the glue weight ratio and volume demand automatic metering by two sets of precision pump, supply to a mixing device fully mixing, and then potting/dispensing the desired products.
