L-Menthyl Lactate
Menthyl lactate, with a slight minty aroma, tastes almost tasteless but is accompanied by a long-lasting, pleasant cooling effect。Is a mint derivative, belongs to the cooling product, the past formulator design cooling products can only use mint, there is no other choice. However, the volatility and irritability of peppermint are very large, resulting in a strong and short cooling effect, which covers the scent of the essence because of its special peppermint flavor.

-Water soluble flavors: Used for beverage, cold drink, alcoholic drink, juice, ice cream-stick, jelly etc, recommended usage is 0.05-0.12%.
-Oil soluble flavors: Used for biscuit, candy, bread, cake, bakery etc, recommended usage is 0.1-0.2%.
-Emulsified flavors: Capable in flavoring and coloring, used for transparent alcoholic drink, juice, ice cream, candy etc,recommended usage is 0.05-0.12%.
-Powder flavors: Used for solid instant beverage, oatmeal, soup bases, leisure food, candy, biscuit etc, recommended usage is 0.08-0.2%.
