Certification Introduction:
Philippine ICC certification was issued by the Bureau of Product Standards (BPS) of the Department of Trade and Industry of the Philippines on August 17, 2007. The 2007 series of executive orders issued by the Philippine National Standard for audio, video and similar electrical appliances.
The ICC system applies to imported goods. For imported products that are covered by the mandatory Philippine National Standard (PNS), after the imported goods are evaluated by the Philippine Bureau of Product Standards (BPS) and meet the requirements of the corresponding Philippine National Standard or the internationally accepted foreign standard, BPS will give the product to the product. The importer of ICC issues an ICC license, allowing it to apply the ICC mark. Imported products are subject to sampling testing. In addition, the Philippine Sea will conduct random sampling inspections in the market to ensure that imported goods meet the corresponding PS standard requirements.

Applicable Product Range:
The Philippines implements compulsory certification for 85 product series that have an impact on health and life safety and have a negative impact on the environment during use, including: electrical equipment/products, household appliances, building materials, safety matches, fire extinguishers, automobiles, petroleum products, gas Sol, etc.
ICC Mandatory Certification List:
1. Household appliances (air conditioners, electric fans, immersion water heaters, kitchen appliances (mixers, egg beaters, etc.) refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, dryers, etc.)

5. Machinery/building materials (cement, steel pipes, ceramic tiles, iron sheets, flat glass, water pipes, pipe fittings, urinals, bathtubs, water tanks, washbasins, iron wires)
6. Chemical and other products (fire extinguishers, lighters, single-piece chairs/stools, brake fluids, gas stoves, vehicle inner tubes, lead-acid batteries, matches, seat belts (seat belts) (windshields, rear lights, side seats, car tires)
