Certification Introduction:

In August 2004, the National Development and Reform Commission and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine jointly formulated and issued the "Measures for the Administration of Energy Efficiency Labeling" (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), which marked the implementation of the energy efficiency labeling system in my country.

China's Energy Efficiency Label System was implemented on March 1, 2005

According to the provisions of the "Measures", the National Development and Reform Commission, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the National Certification and Accreditation Administration have formulated and released the "Product Catalogue of the People's Republic of China Implementing Energy Efficiency Labels (First Batch)", "Basic Styles of China's Energy Efficiency Labels" ", "Implementation Rules for Energy Efficiency Labeling of Household Refrigerator" and "Implementation Rules for Energy Efficiency Labeling of Room Air Conditioners" (No. 71, 2004), from March 1, 2005, the two products of refrigerators and air conditioners will take the lead. Started to implement the energy efficiency labeling system.

The energy efficiency label has a blue and white background, with the words "CHINA ENERGY LABEL" on the top, and the back is sticky, which needs to be pasted on the front panel of the product. The structure of the logo can be divided into background information column, energy efficiency grade display column and product-related indicator display column. As a kind of information label, the energy efficiency label intuitively shows the energy efficiency level, energy consumption index and other important performance indicators of energy-using products, and the energy efficiency level is the most important indicator for judging whether the product is energy-saving. The energy efficiency level of the product The lower the value, the higher the energy efficiency, the better the energy saving effect, and the more power saving. At present, my country's energy efficiency label divides energy efficiency into five grades: 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. Grade 1 means that the product has reached the international advanced level and is the most energy-saving, that is, the lowest energy consumption; Grade 2 means relatively energy-saving; Grade 3 It means that the energy efficiency of the product is the average level of the Chinese market; level 4 means that the energy efficiency of the product is lower than the market average level; level 5 is the market access index, and products below this level are not allowed to be produced and sold. In order to popularize the awareness of energy conservation and efficiency improvement among various consumer groups, the energy efficiency grade display column uses three forms to express the energy efficiency grade information intuitively: one is the text part "low energy consumption, medium energy consumption, high energy consumption"; the second is digital Part "1, 2, 3, 4, 5"; the third is a color scale indicating the level of emotion arranged according to the color represented, in which red represents prohibition, orange represents warning, and green represents environmental protection and energy saving.
