Technical introduction of the presented rotational mould, for roto molded Kayak,
1st, Comparing with ordinary Kayak mould, that mould contains more details, which are unable to be milled by CNC machine, but the details are very important to ensure the rotationally molded kayak performs well in water and has good looking!
It is a challenge against traditional tooling process, completely relying on CNC machines, well, our experienced and skillful operators showed how capable they are by designing a special pattern, carving it out and achieving the details by both CNC milling and manual operation. 2nd, Considering after being used for a long time, the flange mating surfaces will distort, which causes leaking of material and apparant flashes along parting line. We design special feature improve flange's performance, to cope with unavoidable distortion happens.
3rd, If to look at our polish finish, obviously it is even, smooth, free of any polishing marks and of high quality.
4th, that mould also contains our many other technical features, which we are unable to explain in detail online, but we'd like to introduce them to you, when to discuss your project.
(1) Low cost, the same size of the product, the cost of rotoplastic mold is about 1/3 to 1/4 of the cost of blow molding and injection mold.
(2) The product is formed once by rotoplastic process, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, fall resistance, easy to clean, good sealing, and can protect the product contents from damage.
(3) The corners of the products formed by the special process are 15%-20% thicker than the surface, and there is almost no material return in the production process, and the rotomizing process has a high material utilization rate.
(4) Good air tightness, high toughness, high resilience, to ensure no deformation.
(5) Rotoplastic products can be filled with foam materials to achieve thermal insulation and refrigeration.
(6) Simple maintenance, long service life, comprehensive use of cost-effective.
(7) Positioning foamed plastic buffer damping system, vibration, vibration conditions to ensure the safety and reliability of the carrier.
