SENXIN GROUP aging cells are designed to be used with SENXIN GROUP products, such as roller ovens, in the aging and testing of drilling fluids or muds. They are also known as mud aging cells.
Most drilling fluid formulations contain a base liquid and additives which must be dissolved or mechanically dispersed into the liquid to form a homogenous fluid. The resulting fluid may contain one or more of the following:
Water-dispersible (soluble) polymers or resins
Clays or other insoluble but dispersible fine solids
Soluble salts
The fluids are mixed or sheared for times appropriate to achieve a homogenous mixture and are then set aside to age.Aging is done under conditions which vary from static to dynamic and from ambient to highly elevated temperatures.

3、The structure and working principle of the instrument
Structure: Refined stainless steel kettle body, cover, inner cover and spool.
4、 Procedure
1、Test, check the aging reactor body, gasket, discharge valve and other components are normal. 2、The test sample into the aging tank, the test samples shall not exceed the volume of the groove aging reactor that aging reactor volume 2 / 3 (about 325ml).

3、The sealing gasket into the tank closures, and placed in the aging reactor body, tighten the tank cap, tighten the three bolts evenly. 4、The exhaust valve into the tank cap screw and tighten. 5、If necessary, within the preset in the aging reactor pressure, gas supply should
be connected to the exhaust valve at one end, (you must use special gas source equipment, reliable connection), swivel exhaust valve will be placed in less than a certain pressure of gas surface on the exhaust valve clockwise tighten, remove the gas supply, the reactor furnace body were placed in roller between the two rollers. After testing, turn off the system, the aging reactor will remove from oven, cool to room temperature. Aging vessel upright position, slowly loosen the exhaust valve, release the gas tank over the body. Loosen the three bolts tank cover, unscrew the tank cap, pour the test sample. All parts of the aging tank cleaning, and dry, the thread becomes coated with oil saved.
