CCA Collection Magnetic Drive and Laboratory Mixer/ Agitator is mainly used in the agitation of universities and enterprise laboratories. This product adopts the sealing structure and principle of "static sealing", which can fundamentally ensure strict sealing effect and realize "zero leakage". Therefore, it can be particularly used in chemical industry (e.g. desulfurization, papermaking, coking, etc.), pharmaceutical industry, food industry, biotechnology and other industries with strict requirements for sealing.

The torque and energy are transmitted between the agitator's power input and output through magnetic force. A pressure resistant stainless steel isolation cover is set between the power input and output, forming a static sealing structure.

1. Design: Based on the theory and method of system engineering design, our company has independently innovated and developed a package of computer software for magnetic transmission torque with parameter input and a package of computer software for strength calculation and verification of isolation hood with parameter input. With the use of these two packages of software, all technical parameters of the magnetic drive device can be calculated scientifically.

2. Testing means: Our company has independently developed and configured a computer-based torque testing platform, which has been widely used and recognized and respected by industry authorities. Moreover, we innovatively developed and configured a test stand for water pressure strength and tightness of isolation hood, to ensure the pressure resistance and strict sealing performance of the products.

1. Dynamic property

This product is made of high-quality magnetic steel with a 1.5 torque transmission safety factor to ensure the strong power and high stability of the magnetic drive.

2. Aseismic property

This product adopts the most practical and reasonable structural design, so that the magnetic steel can be self-protection, avoid breaking under high-speed operation and mutual attraction, and has excellent seismic resistance. This structure is pioneered by our company and it is the only magnetic transmission technology that can promise to have seismic performance in the industry. It has obtained the utility model patent of the State Patent Office (Patent No.: ZL 201020688197. X).

3. High temperature resistance

Between the magnetic drive device and the output assembly, a water cooling device is cleverly arranged to ensure that the magnetic steel will not demagnetize even if it is operated in a high-temperature medium environment for a long time.

4. High efficiency and energy saving

The axial-flow energy-saving propelling impeller (Patent No.: ZL2012 20524022.4) is adopted for this product. The impeller is designed according to the requirements of low consumption and high efficiency of hydrodynamics, so all the blades of the impeller are manufactured by precision mold molding, and welded by argon welding process.

5. Double insurance for sealing

The bearing in the output assembly of magnetic drive is a part that is able to contact with the medium. It is significant to avoid the pollution or influence of the medium in the tank. Thus, our company has developed an innovative combined sealing technology to ensure that the bearing in the output assembly and even the rotor inside the isolation cover are free from the pollution or influence of the medium in the tank.

This product uses reliable magnetic drive technology (characteristic 2) and combined sealing technology to realize the "double insurance for sealing" of special sealing environment for users.

The "double insurance for sealing" for the side entry and bottom entry magnetic drive mixers will greatly improve their reliability and practicability and reduce the operation cost and maintenance cost.

6. High corrosion resistance

We have mature technology and adequate experience in design and application of anticorrosive materials, anticorrosive structures and anticorrosive processes, to well customize products for our customers and meet all kinds of anti-corrosion requirements.

Selection range of anticorrosive materials: 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, titanium material, surface spray treatment, surface polytetrafluoroethylene treatment, etc.
