Description and parameter:
1. For the welding of small offshore pipelines, the Cold Metal Transfer (CMT) process can be used to achieve single-sided welding and double-sided forming of deep water SCR risers without backing on the back.
2. High performance wire feeding system, achieving effective control of heat input for welding and forming through high-frequency wire pulling.
3. It can be programmed in segments according to different welding positions, preset welding parameters, achieve automatic welding, and have feedback control function for welding parameter implementation. Equipped with welding record logging function and remote transmission technology for welding parameters and logs.
4. The welding system control adopts an embedded control platform design, with automatic arc tracking control function.
5. Applicable welding pipe diameter range: 6 inches (168.3mm), 12 inches (304.8mm), 18 inches (457.2mm).
6. Adopting lightweight design, special insulation treatment is applied to the electrical appliances and circuit boards inside the equipment to meet the high salt spray and humid marine construction environment.
