The processes include artificial blowing, semi-automatic machine suppression, automatic machine blowing, artificial carving, decorating fire, sandblasting, glass frosting and bronzing
Q1. What's your payment terms?
A: T/T term or L/C term. On T/T term, 30% down payment is required in advance, and 70% balance shall be settled before shipment. On L/C term, a 100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" can be accepted.
Q2.What's your production capability?
A: 50000Pcs/year.
Q3. What's your sample policy?
A: 1 pcs sample for free, sample freight collect. 1 day for stocked item, 7 days for new mould item
Q4. What is the delivery time?
A: Generally 20-35 days after receiving the prepayment.
Most of the time, we can have an immediate delivery of our regular models in 15 days. Faster time will be available for stocked items.
Q5. How do you control product quality?
A: Firstly, we chosed high quality raw material and after products finished, each one will be strictly inspected, cleaned and packed .Finally, perfect products will be deliveried to you.
Q6. What's your package? Is it safe?
A: Our package is completely no problem. For different shape glass, we recommend different suitable packing way, such as Brown box, White box, Gift box, Mail box, Foam box, Master carton, etc
Q7. Shall we have any guarantee after getting your goods?
A: If you get any borken or unqualitified goods from us, we'll 100% pay for your loss without any condition.
Q8. Shall i make my own brand?
A: Surly, we could make your logo and brand. MOQ≥500pcs ok.
