Powder nitrile rubber is a powder elastomer, a copolymer formed by low-temperature polymerization of butadiene and acrylonitrile. Raw rubber is available in block, emulsion, granular and powder forms. Its particle size is usually between 0.3-0.6mm and has good fluidity. It has good dispersibility and does not require preheating. It can realize dry mixing of powder and directly mix it with ingredients for extrusion or injection molding, which shortens the mixing time and reduces heat accumulation, thus improving the scorch resistance. It does not clump in transit.
