Conveyor: Convey the produced feed pellets to the multi-layer drying equipment.
Multi-layer oven: The oven is divided into electric oven, oil oven, gas oven and steam oven. The temperature is adjusted between 0-150 degrees through the control cabinet. The interior of the oven is made of stainless steel mesh belt, which has stable transportation and low failure rate.The feed pellets are circulated through the multi-layer S-shaped track to dry the feed pellets to a safe water content and increase the shelf life.
Spraying seasoning line: The oil sprayer sprays oil, food attractant, etc. The seasoning cylinder includes octagonal cylinder, cylinder, lifting single drum, and double drum seasoning line.According to the configuration of output and product properties, the oil is sprayed on the surface of the feed, and sprayed at the same time. Minced meat and spices, sprinkle evenly.After this process, the burrs and burrs on the surface of the feed pellets can also be removed to make the surface of the feed pellets smoother.
Cooling conveyor: reduce the temperature of the surface of the dried feed pellets, promote the solidification of grease, reduce the temperature of the pellets, and facilitate packaging.
