TL-5 burning furnace is consists of 5 parts: a blower, flue gas induced draft fan, burner, five-layer sleeve body and control system. The flue gas in the furnace takes two rounds while the fresh air takes three rounds.
Natural gas is burned through the burner to generate a high-temperature flame. Under the action of the flue gas fan, the heat is transferred to the heated air through the five-layer sleeve wall and dense fins, meanwhile the flue gas is discharging out the body after it´s temperature down to 150℃. The heated fresh air enter the sleeves through blower. After heat mix, the temperature rises to the setting number and sent out from the hot air outlet.
