Special Design
Soap suction structure of 4 stations is run by a gear divider by an independent motor and, and keep the same pace with main machine through a specially designed frequency converter.
Dual chain pusher can ensure products steady during movement to ensure folding and sealing quality.
2+2 paper roll, easy for paper change-over.
Adopt servo motor and color sensor to precisely locate the paper position to ensure packaging outlook quality.
Main drive is equipped with synchronizing belt drive with high precision. The drive chain use hard spiral bevel gear, and has lubrication box, which greatly improve the lubrication effects and prolong the life expectancy of the machine.
