Brief Instruction:
This soap line is used to produce laundry soap bar with fatty acid content (active content) from 40% to 80%. Material is soap noodle. Capacity is 300-500 kg/hr. The dimension and pattern of the soap can be made by customer’s requirements.

Automatic toilet & laundry soap bar making machine with capacity of 300kg/h suitable for medium scale soap production.It consists of operation platform, mixer, mill, plodder,stamping machine, soap die chiller and conveyor

Production Condition:
Capacity: 300-500 kg/hr.
Materials: soap noodle (soap grains), pigment, fragrance.
Workshop: above 75 m2, L: 15 m, W: 5 m, H: 3.5 m, including operating space, excluding packing machine.
Power: 35 kW, 380 V, 50 HZ.
Staff: 6 ~ 8 persons.
Water: 1 m3 circulating water.

1. Operation platform for worker loading raw material to mixer and connect with mill by conveyor

2. Mixer for all ingredients mixing, say noodle, pigment, fragrance and so on

3. Mill for grinding mixed ingredients finely
(key part that the finer the ingredients to be, the smooth the soap bar the plodder to extrude)
4. Plodder for extruding the long soap bar

5. Stamping machine for stamping out certain shape and size of end soap piece

6. Soap die chiller for cooling soap dies avoiding soap sticking on dies.

7. Conveyor for connecting each part achieving lingkage production
