Meltblown non-woven fabric is the core material of masks. Meltblown cloth mainly uses polypropylene as the main raw material, and the fiber diameter can reach 1 to 5 microns. There are many voids, fluffy structure and good anti-wrinkle ability. Ultrafine fibers with unique capillary structure increase the number and surface area of fibers per unit area, so that the meltblown cloth has good filterability, shielding, heat insulation and oil absorption. Can be used in the fields of air, liquid filter materials, insulation materials, absorption materials, mask materials, thermal insulation materials, oil absorption materials, and wiping cloths.
Meltblown cloth equipment has stable running performance, high output and high efficiency. The production of non-woven fabrics is uniform, strong, breathable, non-toxic and tasteless, and meets environmental protection standards.
The melt blown cloth equipment of Leader Machinery consists of PP single screw extruder, hydraulic double pistion filter, melt pump, melt blown spinneret, air heating system, work platform, track receiver, roller receiver, negative pressure suction winding system, pneumatic control system, production line control system.
