Product Description
The vacuum emulsifier mainly refers to the material in a vacuum state, using a high shear homogenizer to quickly and uniformly distribute one or more phases in at least one other continuous phase (aqueous phase, oil phase, powder, etc.) using mechanical means The strong kinetic energy makes the material in the gap between the stator and the rotor, and it can withstand hundreds of thousands of times of high-speed shearing, centrifugal crushing and impact tearing every minute, and evenly disperse the emulsification instantaneously. A high quality product with no bubbles and fineness is obtained.
The main components of the system of vacuum emulsifier:

◆Slow stirring function (frame type scraping scraping bottom stirring)
◆Homogeneous emulsification function (high speed shear homogenizing head)

◆Homogeneous functions are generally divided into: lower homogenization, upper homogenization, internal and external circulation homogenization (can be selected according to production process)
◆The stirring function is generally divided into: one-way frame type scraping wall stirring, two-way frame type scraping wall stirring, and one-way (two-way) frame type stirring.
◆ Stirring and homogenization adopt imported frequency converter to meet the requirements of different production processes
◆Homogeneous structure of German technology, the speed can be customized, the cutting fineness can reach 2um-5um
◆ Vacuum defoaming to make the material meet the sterility requirements, vacuum suction (water, oil, powder) can be used.
Vacuum Emulsifier safety protection system:
◆There is no vacuum to lift the lid.
◆The lid cannot be lifted when the mixture is opened.
◆ Stirring cannot be started when the lid is raised or the lid is not covered.
◆The dump does not reset and the lid cannot rise and fall.
◆The lid does not rise to a high point and cannot be poured over the pot.
◆ Stirring, homogenizing overload, or automatic shutdown of grid overvoltage.
◆Automatic drainage when the steam pressure of the pan body layer exceeds the set pressure.
◆ The main pot cooling water is automatically drained when the interlayer pressure exceeds the set pressure.
◆ There will be a buzzer alarm when the main pot beam rises and falls.
◆The electronic control system is equipped with an emergency stop button to prevent immediate stop in an emergency.
◆ Safety signs (Chinese and English) are attached to the equipment rack and electric box and the eye-catching operation
