Introduction

This Egg Breaker With Separator is designed for breaking the eggs and then separate the yolk from the protein (egg white) automatically. The customer can also just choose the egg breaking machine without separating.

This Machine is a rotating disc-type, and the processing speed is different according to the diameter of the disk. The speed can be 3600 pcs/h, 7200 pcs/h and 10800 pcs/h.

The egg to be sent to the disk one by one by the conveyor chains, the yolk and protein will be separated at the disk.
