This oven is a shelf-type gap drying machine. Manufacturing requirements

1.The oven shell is made of 304 2B stainless steel matte laminating plate, riveted and shaped, no scratches on the surface, no welding trace, flat surface, flatness of 3/1000mm.
2.The inner arm of the oven is made of 3042B stainless steel, and the argon arc welded arc of the inner liner is polished. Cabinet easy to clean, smooth surface.
3.Box insulation layer filled with high-quality aluminum silicate fiber cotton, insulation layer 100mm, good insulation properties, the surface temperature must not exceed the ambient temperature 15 °C.
4.The convection wall inside the box is a blind, and the temperature inside the box is made uniform by the size of the ventilation gap of the convection wall. The uniformity of the no-load temperature in the box is ±3°C.
5.The cabinet hot air circulation adopts a low-noise axial fan, the circulating fan power is 0.55Kw/4, and the air volume is 16510m3/h, which is installed on the right side of the cabinet.
