Spray sterilization machinery and cooler tunnel
Hot sale spraying sterilizer system
The machine is used for tea, juice beverages in PET Glass bottles hot filling line, it could make beverages in high temperature filling bottles to 36-40 degree centigrade to keep flavor of tea, juice beverages. It adopts a three section steam recycling heating design.
The first section uses water at 30 degrees;
The second part is at 50 degrees,
and the third part adopts aseptic water spray.
The outlet bottle temperature is below 40 degrees.

3) All nozzle and spray tubes are made of stainless steel and spray evenly
4) The catchments flume is made of stainless steel and equipped with a level alarm device
5) The spray-cooling tunnel has a spray cooling recycling water pump and steam adjustment valve
6) Steam consumption is adjusted according to the temperature
