The honey concentrator uses the principle of lowering the boiling point of honey in a high vacuum state to quickly evaporate the water in the honey and increase the concentration of the honey. The equipment also has the functions of melting and crystallization, filtration and sterilization, and concentration, so that the honey can meet the national standards and can be stored for a long time.
The equipment consists of preheating tank, filter, concentration tank, condenser, vacuum pump, etc. It adopts automatic control electric heating method for heating, which is hygienic and convenient. The equipment materials are all made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, and the tank body and pipeline are mirror-polished inside and outside, which meets the requirements of QS certification. Process flow:
First, load the bee honey into pre-heating tank for temperature increasing ≤50℃ for de-crystallization and pasteurization.
Second, vacuum suction the honey to the filter for filtration and separate any impurities.
Third, vacuum suction the honey to evaporator for concentration.
Final product store in balance tank and ready for filling and packing.
