General equipment for peanut butter production line: oven, cooling belt, peeling machine, sorting belt, coarse grinding machine, ultra-fine grinding, condenser, degassing tank, filling machine.
(1) Oven: Bake peanuts.
(2) Cooling belt: The principle of using a fan to remove hot air, cooling the baked peanuts.
(3) Peeling machine: peeling the dried and baked peanuts, and peeling the skin automatically during the peeling process to ensure the quality of the peanut after peeling.
(4) Picking belt: picking unqualified peanuts and some food residues.
(5) Rough mill: Grind the peanuts for the first time.
(6) Ultra-micro film: The coarsely ground peanut is further ground, and the processing fineness is further improved.
(7) Condenser: Cool the ground peanut butter.
(8) Degassing tank: Degas the peanut butter before filling.
