Machine Introduction
This machine is specially designed for coffee products (or other kinds of powder products, such as tea powder, cocoa powder etc. ) capsule cups to be filled and sealed,can automatic filling K cup, nespresso capsule cup, lavazza cups and so on.
Our coffee capsule filling and sealing machines applied with world famous electrical and pneumatic components. All the parts of machine contact with powder are made of stainless steel. PLC touch screen control with English and Chinese languages.

Machine Features
Falling cups: Cups drop down one by one automatically.
Filling coffee powder: Auger filling type.
Press coffee: Press coffee tight when filling.
Blow away powder: Blow away powder on the mold and edge of cups.
Sucking putting foils: Vacuum arm suck and put foils.
First sealing: 0-400 degrees, can be adjusted.
Second sealing: 0-400 degrees, can be adjusted.
pushout finished cups: Push-out finished cups to a platform. We also can configuration the conveyor.
