Jelly is water, sugar, carrageenan, konjac powder as the main raw material, delicious food by sol, deployment, filling, sterilization, cooling and other processes made.
processing craft :
Raw material mixing - cooking glue - deployment - filling, sealing - sterilizing - cooling - packaging - Finished
1, the raw material mixture: first tone pink jelly powder [the main component of carrageenan or konjac gum, in an amount of 0.8-1%] dry mixed with sugar.
2, boiled glue: added under stirring, heated and dissolved (90-100 degrees, 10 minutes)
3, the deployment: successively added sweeteners, preservatives, calcium lactate, sodium citrate, together with color, flavor, and finally adding acidulant
4, filter: 100-150 mesh coarse filter, then fine filtration (preferably raw water processed through the system), to over a barrel (cylinder) insulation, scratch
5, filling and sealing
6, atmospheric sterilization, temperature 80-85, time 10-15 minutes, spray with cold water after sterilization, make jelly surface rapidly cooled to about 35 degrees (gel
Temperature), and finally with hot air drying of about 50 degrees
7, cooling, packaging, finished
