Process flow:
The process for tomato ketchup making machine: Fresh fruit-washing-sorting-crushing-pre-heating-refining-vacuum evaporation-sterilizing-filling-fruit paste
Supporting facilities:(take 1000kg input fresh tomato as example)
a. Tap water dosage : 10 T/H; water pressure of: ≥ 0.15 Mpa ;
b. Water drainage facility: the workshop should be equipped with enough floor drain device;
c. Re-cycle cooling water pressure: ≥0.2-0.3Mpa, temperature to be around 18℃,cooling tower: 5 t/h;
d. Compress air pressure: ≥0.6 MPa, consumption: 10 m3/h; ( 0.6 m3/min without water and oil)
e. Saturated steam pressure: ≥0.6 Mpa , boiler capacity: 1T/H;
f. Recommended capacitance: 250 KVA;(including the whole line, the boiler, recycling water,convey system and lighting)
g. Power supply: three phase 380 V 50 HZ; Independent distribution box.
