Structural features and working principles
The machine is mainly composed of rack, conveyor chain, juice hopper, slag bucket, rack, transmission reducer and other important components.
The main principle of the work is that the coconut is placed horizontally on the baffle of the conveyor chain, moving upward by the active axis, and running the frame along with it. Under the interaction of the various transmission parts, the conveyor chain is constantly moving, and the coconut is slowly lifted to the frame, and the top of the machine is equipped with a fixed blade. The coconut is cut half by the interaction force of the blade and the rack. The juice flows into the juice hopper, and the coconut shell after half cutting falls into the hopper on both sides.
