Product Introduction

1. This milk powder production line is suitable to cow milk,goat milk,camel milk and so on.The end product can be whole milk powder,skimmed milk powder,baby milk powder,formula milk powder.The capacity range from 500L/H to 20000L/H according to customer's requirement. There are plastic bag,big aluminum bag,metal can packaging can be choosen by customer.

2. The whole line is designed both with full-automatic control and semi-automatic control mode.(process can still running under manual control), in order to creating a high effective,healthy producing environment, CIP auto cleaner system is supplied to the milk processing line, which making the whole line more advanced and reasonable. All machines are designed in accordance with GMP standardization.

Cooling tank →pump →storaging tank→ high speed mixing tank →filter →high pressure homogenizer →milk separater → high-temperature sterilizer →condenser →spraying dryer →packing
