1、 Warranty period:
Our company's products have a one-year free warranty and lifelong maintenance.
(1) The warranty period is set for the end customers according to the factory policy. If sales vouchers cannot be provided, the customers will calculate based on the factory date in the barcode. (2) During the free warranty period, all costs related to repair services will be borne by our company and will not be charged to customers. If there is any damage during the warranty period outside of the free warranty scope, our company will charge labor and material costs.
(3) During the warranty period, the shipping costs incurred during repairs caused by our company's quality issues shall be borne by our company. If they are not covered by the warranty or are damaged by human factors, the shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
2、 Warranty coverage:
We will provide repair services to all customers who provide light source products and LCD screen products. But in order for both parties to enjoy fair treatment, we will not provide free warranty for malfunctions or damages caused by the following reasons.
(1) When the warranty period is exceeded;
(2) Product damage caused by unexpected disasters;
(3) Failures and damages caused by falls or collisions during user self transportation and handling;
(4) Malfunctions and damages caused by users' self modification and other improper use of the product;
(5) The product warranty card and purchase voucher do not match or are altered with the product model or barcode
3、 Maintenance service implementation:
(1) When a malfunction occurs, we will arrange to deliver the faulty machine to the customer's nearest repair service point or directly send it to our company headquarters.
(2) Both parties should fax the delivery note to the other party after shipment, so that the other party can confirm receipt.
(3) If there are major issues with our product, we will send engineers to provide corresponding support.
4、 Fee standard:
For those beyond the warranty scope, we will charge a fee (fee standard=technical service fee+replacement parts fee), and we will provide a new quotation for materials in a timely manner (cost price).
