CSAIL T551 is a benzotriazole derivative, which has outstanding synergistic effect on inhibiting the catalytic action of metal ions on oil oxidation, improving the antioxidant capacity of oil, and extending the service life of oil. It can form an inert film on the metal surface or form chelates with metal ions to prevent metal oxidation. It has good synergistic effect when used with antioxidant such as T501.
