Controlled environmental pollution: The main ventilation fan in coal mines mainly pollutes the environment in two aspects: CO pollution and partial dust pollution. The frequency converter can automatically monitor the harmful gas emitted by the fan. If its concentration exceeds the standard, pipeline diversion is adopted to send the discharged gas into a specially designed pipeline for ignition treatment. The use of a fan as a frequency converter load device directly affects the speed of the fan. From the perspective of fluid science, the relationship between rotational speed and flow rate is proportional, the pressure of the fluid is proportional to the square of rotational speed, and the shaft power P is proportional to the cubic power of rotational speed. From the practical effect, it can be seen that the speed of the fan has been reduced by half,
and the natural energy consumption has also been reduced by one eighth, indicating that the gearbox has achieved energy-saving of the main ventilation fan. Moreover, most coal mines use a fan to drive two motors, so based on this feature, one frequency converter can simultaneously control the normal operation of both motors. Regardless of the driving method used to control the power of the frequency converter, the total power cannot be smaller than the sum of the two motors.
In short, during the maintenance of high-voltage frequency converters in summer, attention should be paid to the temperature of the installation environment of the frequency converter, and the internal dust of the frequency converter should be regularly cleaned to ensure the smoothness of the cooling air path. Strengthen inspection and improve the surrounding environment of frequency converters, motors, and circuits. Check whether the wiring terminals are tightened to ensure the correct and reliable connection of all electrical components. Prevent unnecessary shutdown accidents from occurring.
