Track roller is an important parts of rotary drilling rig chassis. Its main function is to support the whole weight of rotary drilling rig machine, and make the track moves along the track roller. And at the mean time, it is also used to restrain the track and prevent it lateral slippage.
Usually, it includes lower roller and upper roller. Lower roller is on the bottom, and upper roller is on the top. Some machines' lower roller is same with the upper roller.

2. Production process
Cutting → Forging → Rough machining → Heat treatment (quenching and tempering) → Finishing machining → Assembling → Painting → Testing → Packing
3. Product performance

- Surface hardening after quenching reach HRC45~52, increase the wear resistance of the wheel surface.
