Big bag 1000kgs (Jumbo bag1000kgs or bulk bag 1000kgs) can be widely used in different fields. Such as Chemicals, construction materials, plastic raw materials, Mineral products, Firewood,and other types of powder, granules, block goods packaging.
1. PP raw material: We use 100% virgin PP material for drawing and extruding polypropylene fiber.
2. Draw bench silk: To Draw and extrude the weft and warp fiber for weaving the fabric.
3. Fabric and straps weaving: Fabric weigh from 60gsm to 250gsm and Straps weight from 35g to 100g.
4. Fabric cutting and Printing:We have 6 fabric cutting machine and 2 sets 4-color available printing machine.
5. Big bag sewing:Standard sewing, Chain stitch and lock stitch available and monthly 200,000 bags capacity.
6. FIBC bag dust-proof treatment:To ensure there’s no dust nor small threads inside the bag.
7. QA & QC: There are totally 10 people for QA and QC inspection.
8. Packaging: Normally packed on bales and Pallet or according to client’s require.
Jumbo big bag also known as bulk big bag, normally produced from Polypropylene woven fabric with lifting loops that allow the bag to be filled from top and discharged from the bottom. It widely used in the fields of Industrial materials, Chemicals, Minerals, Agriculture products and so on. We have served more than 500 customers covering hundreds of different packaging solution.

Specification
Bag’s feature and application:
1. Top filling spout: Also named an inlet spout , used as the inlet for filling. It is designed to fit the customer’s filling chute during loading.
2. Lifting straps and lock stitch sewing:
Side seam lifting belt supports the overall
Safe Working Load (SWL), of a filled bag during handing & transport. It may be made of either a stiff strap or a soft one. It using various widths and strengths regarding to each bag’s specification. Typically lift loops have a tensile strength between 3000 to 5000 pounds.
Lock stitch sewing: It refers to customer’s require as this
Type of sewing is only need sewing one line.
3. Form fit inner liner
Designed to form fit the exact shape of the outer jumbo bag. Form-Fit Liners will improved filling and complete discharging of product.
4. Discharge spout
Also called a bottom spout, used as an outlet to empty the products from the jumbo bag.
Jumbo big bag’s Application
The Builder Big Bag specially developed for storage and transport of sand, gravel and garden materials. This bag can be supplied with standing loops (Cross Corner) for easy handling.
We can supply most types of liner Big Bags to protect the content from moisture and other external influences. Regarding to the type of protection needed, the inner liner is made from either PE or higher barrier materials like EVOH and Aluminium.
The big bag for firewood is especially designed for transportation, storage and drying of wood logs. Due to its breathing and ventilated features, the wood logs can dry optimally in these bulk bags while being stored in a limited space.
Conductive big bags that comply with the relevant EN-IEC-norm 61340-4 latest version. Our conductive bags can be safely used in ATEX environments.
Big Bag for industrial usage is available for loading weights from 500 kg to 2,000 kg.
