6. Physical and chemical properties of the product:
This product is a green uniform powder, insoluble in water and general organic solvents, and soluble in concentrated sulfuric acid, chlorosulfonic acid, etc. It has high light fastness and weather resistance.
7. Main purpose of the product: This product is mainly used for coloring internal and external wall coatings, ink, and pigment printing paste.
8 Product Features: This product has bright colors, high coloring strength and color concentration, a yellow hue, excellent dispersion performance (easy to grind), good flowability, high light fastness, and excellent storage stability. It is very suitable for producing high concentration color paste and is suitable for water-based applications
9. Reaction principle:
This product is mainly composed of copper phthalocyanine in a low melting salt mixture medium composed of aluminum trichloride and sodium chloride. Dry chlorine gas is introduced and chlorinated at 190 ℃ -220 ℃ to obtain crude phthalocyanine green. The crude phthalocyanine green is then treated with ortho dichlorobenzene to obtain the target product with excellent performance.
