Product Specification
Liner Types are divided into following three types on terms of shapes:
● Gusseted and flat liner: These are standard circular shape liners manufactured with no filling or discharge spout, open at top, either closed or open at bottom.
● Bottle type liner: This type liners produced with top and bottom spouts suitable size for the outer FIBC bag. With bottom type liner, it’s easy to form fit and fix to the outer bag, also help to protect against external factors.
● Baffle liner:These liners can prevent bulging and keep upside standing and there for save the space when storage and transportation. Similar to baffle FIBC bag but instead of using baffle liners. And it especially satisfy the requires gas barrier or protection against humidity.
Liners can also be distinguished by material and usage purpose as following:
● HDPE material or LDPE material: These are normally transparent liners and are mostly standard using for jumbo bags.
● Aluminum Foil liner: This type linings are mainly usd for loading special chemicals and medicals.
Jumbo bag with liner are suitable for the transportation of the following:
● Chemicals: such as TiO2, Carbon black, Dyes, Acetic acid etc.
● Pharma:Drugs, Granules and Capsules, Clay etc.
● Construction buildings: Sand, cements, Gravels and stones etc.
● Food Products: Sugar, Flour, Starch, Milk powder, Ingredients etc.
● Grains and Seeds: Beans, Wheat, Rice, Potatoes, Onion etc.
● Animal Feeds: Dog’s feeds, Cat’s feeds, Horse’s feeds, Chicken’s feeds and Duck’s feeds etc.
● Plastics: Polymers, Resin etc.
Anti-static FIBC also named Conductive FIBC, these type bags were originally made from conductive materials. During the bulk bag filling and emptying operations, ensure that the ground point is connected to the system ground point. In addition, during these operations, the use of Type C bags is very safe when conductive yarns and ground wires are connected to each other.

Applications for Antistatic FIBC
This type of fibc is normally used to pack explosive materials or around with explosive environment; It can be widely used for the following applications:
When more sensitive powder, flammable gases are present, additional electrostatic protection is required, the Type C and Type D conductive FIBC need to be used. And some materials or products are easy flammable, it is suggested to use this bag to prevent dangerous to human beings or environment.
