2 loop bulk Bags are consisted of one tubular farbic for bag's body and a piece of square fabric for bag's bottom.

Our world Class Manufacturing Facility produces FIBC bags, PP Woven Bags, Kraft Paper bags etc.
● Virgin new materials, which have been passed quality control tests and suitable for production, are put in the mixer.
● Polypropylene and additive materials, which are mixed and extruded in to suitable fiber thread by draw bench machine.
● The yarns, which fulfill the quality and strength testing, are wound on the bobbins and directly to the weaving machine for weaving fabric
● The fabrics, which are in qualified with the standards are placed on the lamination machine depending on client’s requirement. (BOPP / OPP or customized lamination is done at this stage.)
● After lamination, the fabrics are cut into desired sizes and dimensions before sewing process. Then printing will be done and ready for sewing. (Lifting straps and other additions will be prepared ready in this stage)
● Bags sewing according to customer’s detailed technique require.
● QA and QC inspection and testing the SWL (safety working loading) weight at suitable safety factor. (SF 3:1, 5:1 or 6:1)
● Packaging according to the demands of customers and get ready for delivery.
Bag's production Facility Capacity:
● 8,000 bulk bags and 50,000 Woven Bags per Day.
● 100,000 meters of woven fabric per Day.
● 25,000 meters of PE liners per Day.
● 40,000 meters of Lamination per Day.
● 120,000 meters of Webbing per Day.

A product that we have agreed with and promised to our customers, if both are considered risky in production planning and testing, the product will be produced to a higher standard without any additional costs or new prices. Raw Material and Material Selection

Bulk bag entirely is produced by comply together all the needed parts. If the necessary configuration are provided, jumbo bag can be utilized as trouble-free. For example, 1000 kg carrying is needed minimum of 35g/m loop, we use at least 37g/m loop. Sometimes, when we saw risk on products, we use 40g/m loop, however we don t reflect any additional cost to the customer.
