1. Quality
From the start of opening factory, we have taken the quality as foundation of survival. No quality, no last. All our production process are under our quality control system. We have the advanced testing machines including Metal detector, Drop impact Tester, Microbiology laboratory, UV testing machine, Electronic universal testing machine and Pressurization testing machine for SWL and SF testing. All of the testing machines can help us to provide the quality of our bags. The quality control is our permanently goal.
2. Material Selection
Polypropylene big bag basically is produced by collecting together the suitable materials and mainly polypropylene (PP) raw materials which we purchase 60% from abroad (Middle East or Russia ) and 40% purchase from our top mainland manufacturer.
We seldom change the material brand as we have tested many brands and finally choose the most suitable brand for using.
3. Service
Our management structure has been running perfectly as our sales marketing, production, shipment, accounting and after services expectations are cooperated perfectly. We divide our marketing to different persons in charge which effective service and response available. All our pre-service and after-service persons having at least 3 years experience for production and sales service.
4. Production
Our production plant is consisted of our two factories according to newest technology. Regarding to the process of our production, you can view the videos and process photos as following. Our all production, management and quality control staffs have skilled experience in big bag process production.
The container jumbo bag is a flexible container which is as of container sizes to load bulk products or liquid materials for easy loading and unloading. This will help to save the production and labor costs and also keep safe for transportation.
