In addition to being used for storage and transportation, liquid nitrogen tanks can also be used for self-pressurizing liquid nitrogen tanks that combine storage and transportation, and are only used for rehydration of other liquid nitrogen containers. The self-pressurizing liquid nitrogen tank belongs to the "YDZ" series. It has the same vacuum insulation + internal and external double tank structure as the "YDS" series, but the YDZ has no caliber and controls the inlet and outlet of liquid nitrogen through valves.
Features of the self-pressurizing liquid nitrogen tank:
1. It is manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB/T 14774-2012, and users have evidence to follow.
2. Both the inner and outer bladders are made of 304 stainless steel, which has strong load-bearing resistance, good low-temperature resistance, good heat insulation, and is easy to clean.
3. The three valves, the boosting valve, the venting valve, and the liquid inlet and outlet valves, are all low-temperature control valves, which are durable and stable.
4. Equipped with double safety valves and double protection to prevent users from misoperation, causing excessive pressure, and causing danger.
5. Equipped with a pressure stabilizing system device to stabilize the pressure and liquid nitrogen flow rate to prevent sudden increases and drops in pressure from causing liquid nitrogen to splash and injure people.
6. The movable casters at the bottom are not only flexible but also have high load-bearing capacity, so you can use them with confidence.
7. Special vacuum technology ensures a low liquid nitrogen evaporation rate;
8. After strict low-temperature testing before leaving the factory, it can enjoy a 5-year vacuum warranty and a 1-year free warranty service.
Advantages of self-pressurizing liquid nitrogen tanks:
1. Low pressure is safer
In addition to self-pressurizing liquid nitrogen tanks, there are also medium and high-pressure Dewar bottles that can realize liquid nitrogen replenishment. The difference lies in the pressure and whether an annual inspection is required. The self-pressurizing liquid nitrogen tank has a low pressure of 0.1MPa and has no pressure when not in the infusion state. It is not a pressure vessel and does not require annual inspection, which is safer.
2. High efficiency in outputting liquid nitrogen
Although the pressure is low, the infusion speed of the self-pressurized liquid nitrogen tank is not slow. When it is filled, it only takes 20 seconds to pressurize it to the standard pressure; the liquid nitrogen storage capacity is 3/4, which takes about 1 minute. It relies on the internal pressurization system to pressurize, without contact with external air, and the purity of liquid nitrogen is guaranteed.
In addition, self-pressurizing liquid nitrogen tanks can be equipped with solenoid valves to achieve automatic replenishment.
