Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container (FIBC) is a large flexible storing tank which can be transported and handled easily.
It is the most cost effective way of packing and transporting goods. It keeps the products in their original state. FIBC jumbo bags are mainly used for Food Material, Pharmaceutical products, Industrial products, and Agricultural products.
Fabric of these bags can be either laminated or unlaminated, with or without liner (PE Film) as per the product properties and varies in weight depending on the requirements of the Safe Working Load (SWL) or the Safety Factor (SF). FIBC manufactures standard as well as customized bags in its clean room production facility.We serve as per specific requirements and need of the customer. FIBC bags are used to prevent the product from moisture, water, bacteria, and other atmospheric factors.

U-Panel bulk bags (FIBC) have one (1) continuous piece of fabric for a side, bottom, and opposite side panel creating a “U” shape. The remaining sides and top panel are then sewn in to construct the bag. U-Panel bags are an industry standard and provide a great mix of stack-ability, strength, and affordability.Baffle bag gives improved stability and improved loading efficiency of containers and trucks.
Q- Bag as remain within its pallet dimensions when it filled. The unique design of the baffles in the bag construction prevents the bag from bulging or falling over.
Our design incorporates baffles across all four corners of the bag, within these baffles are holes cut out which allow the product to flow evenly throughout the bag. Rather than the baffles being glued into the bag we sew them into the side-panels of the FIBC with filler cord. This then makes the FIBC sift proof and capable of storing very fine powders without leaks when being stacked or transported.
